Grievance Cell for Pensioners

In compliance to Federal Ombudsman Secretariat directives, following measures have been taken by the Council: –

• Grievance Cell for Pensioners has been established in Federal Ombudsman Secretariat and Hafiz Ahsaan Khokhar, Senior Advisor (Law)/Registrar/Grievance Commissioner of Pakistan) may be approached in case of any grievance.
• Ateeq-Ur-Rehman, Director (ML) in BS-19 is nominated as focal person for dealing with the issues of Pension till appointment of regular officer in BS-20.
